What you need

cup flour

tbsp no-calorie sweetener
tsp lemon zest

tsp baking powder

tbsp almond milk

tbsp cashew butter
cup blueberry
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8” x 4” loaf pan with parchment paper. 1 In a large bowl, whisk protein powder, flour, sweetener, lemon zest and baking powder. 2 Add in yogurt, applesauce, almond milk and cashew/almond butter. 3 If using vanilla protein powder, also add in the lemon juice, and reduce milk to 1 Tbsp. 4 Gently whisk until just combined. 5 Add blueberries to batter and fold to combine. 6 Transfer batter to baking pan and spread evenly. 7 Bake for about 34-40 minutes.Top should be set and toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean. 9 Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. 10 Slice into 8 bars.View original recipe
