Jalapeño Turkey Burger

This isn't your average turkey burger! Featuring grated onions and spices for enhanced flavor, and zucchini for bulk, these jalapeño turkey burgers are made with super-lean ground turkey breast. They're a low-fat, high-protein option that makes a great post-workout meal, as the patties won't shrink during cooking.

What you need

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tbsp red onion
tsp fresh garlic

tsp paprika

cup fresh spinach

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp salt

tsp ground cumin

tsp jalapeno pepper

Instructions
- Finely dice zucchini. - Transfer to bowl, add rest of the ingredients and mix. - Divide mixture into 3 and use hands to shape them into patties, do not compact meat. - Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-low, lightly spray cooking spray and place patties on. Cook for 4 min, flip and cook for another 4 min or until turkey is cooked and no longer pink inside. - Wipe skillet and toast muffins for 30s each side till golden brown.
