Cook Oats: 1 Bring water to boil in a saucepan. 2 Stir in the oats and bring to a boil again. 3 Cover with a lid, reduce heat to a low simmer, and let cook 20 minutes (or longer if needed) until soft and creamy. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. 4 If oats get too thick, add water to thin it out. Assemble: 1 Place cauliflower rice in a bowl and microwave on high for 1½ minutes until tender. 2 In a large bowl, add cooked oats, cauliflower rice, greek yogurt, protein powder and water, and stir to combine. Add more water, a teaspoon at a time if needed. 3 Reheat in microwave if too cold, top with all your favorites and serve hot!View original recipe
