Honey Peanut Butter Protein Bars are the perfect snack for on-the-go. Layered bars with cheerios, peanut butter, peanut butter powder and honey, are high protein, low sugar, lower fat and healthy too!

0 Line a loaf pan with parchment paper; Leave an overhang to lift out later. Base: 2 In a bowl combine peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder. 3 Add in peanut butter, honey and water(little at a time) and mix. Mixture will be like a dough. 4 Add cheerios and fold to mix. 5 Transfer to pan and press down. Honey PB Layer: 7 In a bowl, mix peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder. 8 Add peanut butter, honey, milk (little at a time).Add water if too thick, coconut flour if too thin. 10 Spread on top of base and use small spatula/back of spoon to smoothen. 11 Place in freezer 10 minutes to harden. Chocolate Topping: 13 Lift layers out of pan, invert onto chopping board (cheerios on top).Slice into 8 bars. 15 Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 15-20 seconds, stirring halfway, until completely melted.Drizzle on top of bars.View original recipe
