0 Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl - stir vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, water. 2 Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 pieces, 5”x3” rectangles (30g each for me). Slightly roll out (using rolling pin) to make larger. 3 Spread 6 portions of honey - 1 tsp each - on parchment lined baking try, leaving about 6” between each. 4 Place banana slices on top of each honey puddle.Divide peanut protein mix on top. 6 Cover each portion with puff pastry piece.Press down sides with fork.Brush top with egg white. 9 Bake 15 minutes until pastry is slightly browned and flaky.View original recipe
