0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8” square baking pan with parchment paper. 1 In a large bowl, whisk flour, vanilla and unflavored protein powder, coconut flour and baking soda. 2 In another bowl, whisk together hot water, applesauce, butter and lemon juice. 3 Add wet mix to dry, and gently whisk until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense. 5 Pour batter into pan, and bake for 22-25 minutes.Don’t let the batter sit out.A tester inserted into the center should come out clean but moist, and center of cake springy to touch. Milk Mixture: 9 In a bowl whisk almond milk and protein powder to make protein‘condensed milk’. 10 Add evaporated milk and yogurt and whisk again. Assemble: 12 Once cake has cooled, poke holes in cake using fork. 13 Pour milk mixture into holes (fill completely), and place in fridge about 1-2 hours.
