0 In a bowl, whisk flour, unflavored protein powder, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. 1 Add mashed potatoes, yogurt and cold butter; Mix until combined to form a dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.DO NOT OVER-MIX or the protein powder will make the biscuits tough. 2 Transfer to lightly floured surface and knead lightly.Shape (gently) into circle about 1-1½” thick. 6 Cut with a biscuit cutter or glass or sharp knife to cut into 7 biscuits (shape excess dough to get total of 7).Place on parchment-lined baking sheet 7 Bake for 15 minutes until outsides are crusty and lightly browned, but still soft to touch.
