1 Place rolled or instant oats in a food processor and process until shredded to form a rough flour. 2 Transfer to a bowl, add chocolate protein powder and cacao powder and mix. 3 Add Nutella and mix again until combined. Mixture should be crumbly. 4 Pour in almond milk and mix until smooth. 5 Spoon out about a tablespoon of mixture and using (clean) hands, flatten into rough disc. Place one hazelnut in the middle and shape batter around it. 6 Roll into a ball. 7 Repeat with remaining batter and hazelnuts. Chocolate Hazelnut Coating: 1 Place the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips and coconut oil into a shallow bowl and microwave for about 1 minute - at 30 second intervals - until it’s completely melted. 2 Stir in hazelnuts into chocolate. 3 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 4 Place the Nutella truffle balls, one at a time, in the melted chocolate, and roll around to coat using 2 forks. 5 Shake off excess chocolate, and place on baking sheet to harden.View original recipe
