1 In a bowl, mix oat flour, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder and almond milk. 2 Add milk if the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet. 3 Divide into 8 portions.Roll into balls. 4 Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a shallow bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds - at 15 second intervals - until it’s completely melted. Let cool about 5 mins. 5 Pierce cake balls with lollipop stick or skewer, then dip in melted chocolate and move around to coat. 6 Place upright into a cardboard box (small holes pierced) or styrofoam block, decorate with sprinkles, and let rest to harden.View original recipe
