What you need

cup rolled oats

tbsp almond flour

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp creamy peanut butter

tbsp almond milk

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1 Line a 7x5” pan or 8½ x 4½” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later. Base: 1 In a food processor combine oats, cereal, unflavored protein powder, and almond flour. 2 Transfer to a bowl, add in maple syrup and mix. Mixture will be like a dough. 3 Transfer to prepared pan and press down. Peanut Butter Protein Caramel: 1 In the same bowl, stir protein powder, peanut butter powder, peanut butter and almond milk to form thick mixture. 2 Spread on top of base and use back of spoon/spatula or fingers to smoothen. Chocolate topping: 1 Place chocolate chips in a bowl, add in a bit of coconut oil, and place over a bowl of boiling water. Stir until melted. 2 Spread chocolate on bar and use back of spoon to smoothen. 3 Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes. 4 Lift layers out of pan, place on cutting board and using a sharp knife, slice into 6 bars.View original recipe
