0 Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish. 1 In a bowl, combine protein powders, oat flour and coconut flour, peanut butter. 2 Add milk (little at a time) to form a dough. 3 Add chocolate chips and mix. 4 Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread. Vanilla Pudding: 6 In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth. 7 Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached. 8 Spread over base. Chocolate Pudding: 10 In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla instant pudding, and milk until smooth. 11 Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached. 12 Spread over vanilla pudding layer. Topping: 14 Spread cool whip on top of pudding and top with crushed chocolate grahams or cereal. 16 Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge. 15 Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.View original recipe
