tsp baking soda

tsp butter

tbsp lemon juice

cup almond butter

tbsp peanut butter

tbsp caramel syrup

tbsp water

tbsp chocolate chunks
tbsp toffee bits

0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk flour, whey and whey-casein chocolate protein powders, unsweetened cocoa powder, zero calorie sugar replacement and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together hot water, applesauce, butter and lemon juice. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense. 5 Pour batter into pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.Don’t let the batter sit out.A tester inserted into the center should come out clean but moist, and center of cake springy to touch. Filling: 9 When cake is still hot, poke holes in cake(using rounded end of wooden spoon) using about 1” apart. 10 Condensed Milk: In a bowl, whisk milk and protein powder. 11 Caramel: In another bowl stir almond butter powder, peanut butter, caramel syrup and water. 12 Add milk/water little at a time. 13 Pour protein ‘condensed milk’ into holes; Fill completely.Then pour sugar-free ‘caramel’; Fill and spread excess around. 15 Let cake cool completely.Then place in fridge about 4 hours.
