What you need

tbsp olive oil

cup onion

cup green pepper

cup red pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

tsp cumin
tsp salt

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2 Dice the potatoes into ½ inch size cubes. 3 In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together until vegetables are evenly coated with oil and spices. 4 Spread the mix evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper bake for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are crisp and brown, shaking the pan halfway. 5 Sprinkle with some salt and pepper and serve hot!View original recipe
