1 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 1 cup ramekin with cooking spray. 2 In a bowl, stir vanilla protein powder, gluten free flour, coconut flour, egg white, peanut butter, baking powder and milk (gradually).Batter should be smooth but thick; Add more coconut flour if too runny and milk if too dry. 3 Add in half the chocolate chips. 4 Transfer batter into ramekin and top with more chocolate chips. 5 Bake for 10-11 minutes.Top should be just set. 6 Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!View original recipe
