What you need

tsp coconut oil

tbsp pumpkin puree

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp coconut flour

tbsp almond flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp almond milk

oz stevia
Instructions
1 Place coconut oil in an 8-10 oz mug and microwave for 15-20 seconds if not melted. 2 Add pumpkin, egg, syrup and vanilla, and stir. 3 In a small bowl, mix flours, spice and baking powder. 4 Add dry mix to mug and mix until there are no more lumps, batter will be thick. 5 Add milk and stir. 6 Fold in chocolate pieces, and sprinkle some on top. 7 Microwave on high for 2½-3 minutes, until cake has risen and top is fully cooked.View original recipe
