What you need

tbsp peanut butter

tsp vanilla extract
cup cacao powder

cup oat flour

tbsp natural sugar

tsp baking soda

tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
1 In a bowl, mash the banana with the back of a fork until smooth. Blend with a hand mixer on low till pureed, about 10 seconds. 2 Add egg, peanut butter, and vanilla and whisk. 3 Sift in cacao or cocoa powder, oat flour, sugar substitute, and baking soda and mix. 4 Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours, or overnight. 5 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 6 Scoop out about 2 Tbsp mixture at a time and drop on cookie sheet.
