1 Line an 8” x 4” pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang. 2 Place half the rolled oats in a food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds or until oats turn into an oat flour. 3 Combine bar ingredients in a bowl. The dough should be similar to cookie dough. 4 Transfer into pan, press down and smooth with the back of a spoon or spatula. 5 Stir ingredients for sauce in a small bowl until there are no lumps. 6 Pour chocolate layer onto the fudge, spread evenly, and smoothen. 7 Freeze until solid, for about 30 minutes. 8 Lift parchment paper out of the pan, then cut into bars with a sharp knife. 9 Store in the freezer in a sealed container until ready to eat!View original recipe
