1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Cook pasta according to package instructions. 3 Set aside 2 Tbsp pasta water, and drain the rest. 4 Combine the ingredients for the Alfredo sauce in a small bowl. Add a pinch of salt according to taste. 5 Place broccoli in a bowl, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 1½ minutes until tender. 6 Add broccoli, peas, Alfredo sauce and extra nutritional yeast to the pot and gently stir to combine. 7 Spoon pasta into a 5x5 inch baking dish, and sprinkle 1-2 tsp nutritional yeast on the top. 8 Bake for 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and top starts to brown. 9 Let cool about 2-3 minutes, fold in remaining nutritional yeast and serve!View original recipe
