1 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2 Place oats in a small food processor and process until it gets a rough flour-like consistency. 3 Combine all ingredients in a bowl: Nutella, Oats, (whisked) Egg and Baking Soda. 4 Scoop out about 2 Tbsp mixture at a time, roll (use slightly damp palms), flatten or shape as desired (cookies will not spread) and place on prepared baking sheet. 5 Bake for 10 min.
