Prep: 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Cut a 12 x 8 inch sheet of heavy-duty foil and fold up all 4 sides of the foil to make a container shape. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. 3 Pound chicken breast to even thickness, about 1- 1½” and season both sides with salt and pepper. Cook: 1 Heat oil a nonstick skillet over high and cook chicken about 30 seconds each side until browned. 2 In a small bowl stir together melted butter, maple syrup, dijon mustard and garlic. 3 Pour ⅓ the sauce in the foil container, place chicken on, and move around to coat bottom. 4 Pour ⅓ sauce over chicken and spread evenly. Reserve ⅓ sauce. 5 Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet, beside the foil bowl. 6 Spread remaining melted butter and garlic over asparagus, sprinkle on salt and pepper, and use hands or tongs to mix well. 7 Bake for about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and asparagus is crisp-tender. 8 Top with reserved sauce and serve!View original recipe
