What you need

tbsp almond flour

tbsp coconut flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tsp salt

cup almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2 Grease a large 6-cup muffin pan with coconut oil. 3 Halve, de-seed, peel and gently mash avocado with the back of a fork in a small bowl. 4 In a large bowl, combine and uniformly mix both flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, sweetener and salt. 5 In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and vanilla extract. 6 Add dry ingredients to wet, and whisk to remove clumps. Batter will be dry. 7 Fold in the mashed avocado. 8 Divide batter equally among muffin cups, filling about ⅔ of the way. 9 Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out with little or no crumbs attached. 10 Top with chocolate chips just after taking the pan out of the oven. 11 Let muffins sit 15 minutes before removing form pan.View original recipe
