What you need

cup steel cut oats

cup water

cup cauliflower rice
tbsp cacao powder

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp almond milk
Instructions
1 Cook Oats: 2 Bring water to boil in a saucepan. 3 Stir in the oats and bring to a boil again. 4 Cover with a lid, reduce heat to a low simmer, and let cook 20 minutes (or longer if needed) until soft and creamy. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. 5 If oats get too thick, add water to thin it out. Assemble: 1 Place cauliflower rice in a bowl and microwave on high for 1½ minutes until tender. 2 In a large bowl, add cooked oats, cauliflower rice, cacao powder or cocoa, vanilla extract, stevia sweetener, and optional collagen powder. 3 Pour in about 3-4 Tbsp almond milk or water and stir to combine.
