Crispy Maple Glazed Tofu (Vegan)

What you need

tsp olive oil
oz firm tofu

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp green onion
tsp sesame seed
Instructions
1 Arrange tofu between 5-6 paper towels and press down with heavy pots/pans on top. Let drain for 15 min. Cut into ½” cubes. 2 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium and add tofu. Cook 3-4 min, flip and cook other side 3-4 min until lightly golden. Drain extra oil. 3 In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the sauce. 4 Pour sauce into skillet and cook, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken and coat the tofu, 2-4 minutes. 5 Transfer to a plate, drizzle on extra glaze and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.View original recipe
