What you need

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tsp ground cumin

tsp oregano

tbsp onion

tsp table salt

tsp black pepper

cup fresh spinach

tsp garlic
Instructions
Cook the spinach on a saucepan until wilted, and squeeze out excess water. Combine all ingredients (except cream cheese) in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into 10 equal patties. Place a piece of cream cheese in the middle of 5 of the patties. Cover the cheese-topped patties with the empty patties, then flatten and shape them to seal the cream cheese inside. Grease a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or cook on a greased pan for 7-8 minutes per side (approximately 15 minutes total).View original recipe
