1 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8” x 8” brownie pan or baking dish. 2 In a bowl, whisk gluten free flour, zero calorie sugar replacement and baking soda. 3 In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and almond milk. 4 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until combined. 5 Divide mixture into 2 bowls. 6 Bowl 1 Cookie Dough: Add vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder and chocolate chips, and fold. 7 Bowl 2: Brownie: Add in cocoa powder and milk; Fold to combine. Batter will be thick. 8 Pour and spread cookie batter into pan, place chopped vanilla sandwich cookies, and then add spoonfuls of brownie batter.Spread and smoothen with spatula or back of spoon. 9 Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set. Toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly dry.Remove from oven and let cool completely.Cut into slices and enjoy!View original recipe
