What you need

cup rolled oats

tsp chia seed

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

tsp nutmeg

tbsp greek yogurt

cup almond milk
Instructions
1 Finely grate or shred carrot. 2 In a jar or container, stir together rolled oats, carrot, coconut, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, yogurt and milk. 3 Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours. 4 Stir, top with grated carrot, coconut, pecans or walnuts and enjoy!View original recipe
