What you need

tsp baking soda

cup ripe banana

tsp butter

tbsp lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp chopped pecans

tbsp chocolate chunks
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8” cake pan with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk flour, vanilla and unflavored protein powders, peanut butter powder and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together hot water, mashed banana, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. 3 Add dry mix to wet, whisk lightly for 7-8s and then gently fold until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense. 5 Add most chopped walnuts and chocolate (reserve few for top) and fold. 6 Pour batter into pan, top with remaining nuts and chocolate. 7 Bake for 22-25 minutes; Don’t let the batter sit out.A tester inserted into the center should come out clean and center of cake springy to touch. 9 Let cool in pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.View original recipe
