0 In a large shallow bowl or container whisk together chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, milk, egg white, vanilla and sweetener. 1 Place sliced bread in mixture and let soak for about 2-3 minutes. Flip, and soak other side for another 2-3 minutes. 2 Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low and spray with cooking spray. 3 Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes. 4 Cook one slice at a time if using a small skillet. 5 Serve with greek yogurt or your choice of toppings.View original recipe
