1 Pulse cauliflower in a food processor and until finely ground into “rice” form. 2 Heat almond milk in a small pot over medium until it starts to simmer. 3 Add in cauliflower rice and let cook about 4-5 minutes until soft.Do not let boil. 4 Remove from heat, add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and flaxseeds and whisk. 5 Transfer to a bowl, allow to cool a little, add toppings and enjoy.View original recipe
