0 Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a ramekin or oven-safe dish (cooking spray or oil) 1 Combine all ingredients (except peanut butter) in a blender - oats, cereal, protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, flaxseed meal, stevia and milk.Blend until smooth; about 30 seconds. 3 Pour ⅔ mixture into the ramekin/dish.
