tbsp coconut flour

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tsp baking soda

tsp butter

tbsp lemon juice

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8” cake pan or baking dish with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk flour, chocolate protein powder, unflavored protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together hot water, applesauce, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense. 5 Pour batter into pan, bake for 22-25 minutes.A tester inserted into the center should come out clean but moist. 7 Let cool for 10 minutes, transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Chocolate Frosting: 9 In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder until smooth. 10 Spread on cooled cake. Marshmallow Top: 12 In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, marshmallow fluff and vanilla protein powder.Fold until combined. 14 Spread on top of chocolate frosting. 15 Top with mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 16 Place in fridge 1 hour and cut into 8 slices.View original recipe
