What you need

tbsp almond butter

tbsp coconut flour

tbsp no-calorie sweetener

tsp baking soda

tbsp maple flavor

tsp coconut oil

tbsp chocolate

0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper (or grease). 1 In a bowl combine vanilla protein powder, almond butter powder, flour, coconut four, sugar alternative and baking soda. 2 In another bowl, place whisk applesauce, egg, almond butter and maple flavor. 3 Add dry mix into wet and gently fold until uniform. 4 Pour batter into greased pan and spread evenly with a spatula or back of a spoon. 5 Bake about 13-15 minutes; Tester inserted should come out clean. 6 Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. Chocolate Topping: 8 Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 45 seconds until completely melted.Let cool slightly. 10 Spread over bars; Top with crushed chocolate cereal.Slice into 8 bars.View original recipe
