1 Combine oats, water/milk and protein powder in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 45-60 seconds. (Optional) 2 Stir in yogurt and strawberries. 3 Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours (4 hours if did not microwave). 4 Place the chocolate chips (or chocolate) and optional coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 1 minutes until it’s completely melted. 5 Pour over oats and spread with back of spoon. Top with chopped nuts if desired. 6 Refrigerate another 1-2 hours and enjoy.View original recipe
