1 Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8” oven-safe skillet. 2 Rinse chickpeas, place in a food processor and blend until coarse and grainy, about 10 seconds. 3 Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor - applesauce, protein powder, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, vanilla and baking powder - and process until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary. 4 Fold in chocolate, reserving some for the top. 5 Pour batter into pan/skillet and spread evenly with a spatula or back of a spoon.Top with remaining chocolate chips. 6 Bake for 20-22 minutes; A toothpick inserted into the center should come out dry, and top should be cracked. 7 Remove from oven and let cool.Cut into slices and enjoy!View original recipe
