What you need

cup chick peas

cup protein powder

cup almond milk

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Place oats in a food processor 2 Place chickpeas, protein powder, peanut butter powder, oat flour almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor or blender, and process until combined. Do not over-process - the mixture should be coarse, not smooth/paste-y. 3 Fold in chocolate chips. 4 Line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper and press dough in, flattening with a spatula. Use a smaller one or loaf pan for thicker bars. 5 Chop chocolate (or use chocolate chips) and microwave for about 60-90 seconds at 15-second intervals to melt. 6 Pour melted chocolate over bars and spread evenly. 7 Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set. 8 Cut into slices and enjoy!View original recipe
