1 Place chickpeas in a food processor or blender, process until roughly broken down. 2 Add remaining ingredients except coconut flour and chocolate chips - chickpeas, peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, water, almond milk and maple syrup. 3 Pulse until smooth, about 1 minute. Add more milk to thin if needed. 4 Transfer to a bowl, add coconut flour and chocolate chips; Fold to combine. 5 Spoon out about a tablespoon of mixture at a time roll into balls using clean hands.View original recipe
