Magical Caramel Fudge Protein Bars with a protein base, protein caramel and protein fudge, but all sugar free and low fat! These healthy chocolate caramel bars are great for a post-workout treat, snack or even dessert.

0 Line a 8 x 4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.Preheat oven to 350°F. Base: 3 In a food processor, combine oat flour, crushed graham cracker, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour. 4 Transfer to a bowl, add in almond milk (little at a time) and mix.Mixture should be thick but little sticky like dough. 6 Transfer to prepared pan and press down. 7 Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool about 10 minutes: Protein Caramel: 9 In the same bowl, stir together peanut butter powder, almond butter, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, maple syrup, water (1 tsp at a time) and vanilla. 10 Spread on top of base layer and use back of spoon to smoothen. Protein Fudge: 12 In a bowl, combine protein powder and cocoa powder. 13 Add yogurt (little at a time) and mix until smooth. 14 Spread over base.Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes.View original recipe
