Chewy and crunchy Caramel Cashew Protein Bars with a high protein base and protein caramel too! A low fat, sugar free and gluten free recipe with caramel flavored cashew butter and peanut butter powder for an extra flavor boost.

0 Line an 8x4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later. 2 Combine dry ingredients in a bowl - oat flour, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, and unflavored protein powder 3 Add in milk - little at a time - and mix. Mixture will be like a dough. 4 Transfer to prepared pan and press down. Cashew + Caramel: 6 In the same bowl, stir peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder. 7 Add in cashew butter, maple syrup and water (little at a time) until smooth. 8 Add in chopped cashews. 9 Spread on top of base and use back of spoon/spatula to smoothen. 10 Lift layers out of pan, place on cutting board and using a warmed sharp knife, slice into 8 bars.View original recipe
