0 In a bowl beat softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, vanilla protein powder, pumpkin pie spice and milk(as needed). 1 Dip rice cake in coffee, transfer into large ramekin (be quick but gentle). 2 Spread half pumpkin cream mixture on top (smoothen with back of spatula or spoon)Repeat with second rice cake + remaining pumpkin cream. 4 Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.This helps the flavors mold together. 6 Dust with cocoa power (use sieve).View original recipe
