1 Place the chocolate chips (or chocolate) and coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 1½ minutes until completely melted. 2 Let cool a bit, add in almond butter and stir. 3 Add chocolate protein powder and stir again. Mixture should be thick. 4 Add maple stir; Mixture should be dry and crumbly. 5 Use hands to crumble into small pieces if needed. 6 Add in popcorn and toss to coat.View original recipe
