tbsp almond butter

tbsp chocolate chunks

tbsp vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” brownie pan or baking dish with parchment paper. 1 In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, chocolate protein powders, unflavored protein powder, zero calorie sugar replacement, flour, stevia sweetener, and baking soda. 2 In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk and vanilla. 3 Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined. 4 DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the brownie dense. 5 Add in almond butter/cashew butter and chocolate chips and fold. 6 Batter should be thick. 7 Transfer batter into pan, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon. 8 Bake for 25-27 minutes or until the top is set. Toothpick inserted into the center should come out slightly damp. 9 Remove from oven and let cool completely. Banana Pudding Top: 11 In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding, and milk until smooth. 12 Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached. 13 Spread over cooled brownies. 14 Add sliced bananas and vanilla wafers on top. 15 Slice and serve!View original recipe
