What you need

tbsp almond flour

tsp garlic powder

tsp dried basil

tsp paprika

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tbsp greek yogurt

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F, or use an air fryer. 2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. 3 Slice into side of chicken breast to make into about ½ inch thick fillets, and cut into 6 strips. 4 Combine Almond flour and seasonings in a shallow bowl, and whisk egg in another. 5 Dredge each strip in egg, followed by almond mixture, and place on prepared baking sheet or air fryer base. Hold tenders at ends or use tongs. 6 Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until firm and cooked through.ORAir fry for about 8 minutes at 370°F. 7 In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce. 8 Dip in dip and enjoy!View original recipe
