tsp black pepper

tsp lemon juice

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp dried basil

fl oz cooking oil
tbsp ground almond
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F, or use an air fryer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. Slice into side of chicken breast to make into about ½ inch thick fillets, and cut into 6 strips. Combine Almond flour and seasonings in a shallow bowl, and whisk egg in another. Dredge each strip in egg, followed by almond mixture, and place on prepared baking sheet or air fryer base. Hold tenders at ends or use tongs. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until firm and cooked through (or Air fry for about 8 minutes at 370°F). In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce. Dip in dip and enjoy!View original recipe
