cup chicken broth

tsp garlic

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin

tsp paprika
tsp dried oregano

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 275°F. 2 Trim off excess fat from pork, cut into 1½” pieces and season with salt and pepper. 3 In an oven-safe bowl, combine chicken broth and spices. 4 Add pork to bowl and cover with tin foil. 5 Bake for 20 minutes, until meat is tender. 6 Transfer most of the pork juices to a small skillet heated on medium, and let it thicken for about 2 minutes. 7 Shred the pork in the remaining juices using 2 forks. 8 Add the thickened juices and mix well. 9 Serve with tortillas, salsa and some guacamole!View original recipe
