What you need

tsp olive oil
cup wheat flour

tsp baking powder
tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

cup dark brown sugar

tbsp cinnamon

tbsp greek yogurt

tsp almond milk
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, mix flour and baking powder until combined well. 3 In another bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sweetener. 4 Add yogurt and mix using a spoon until it forms small chunks of dough. 5 Transfer to a work surface and use hands to make a ball of dough. Add a tsp of yogurt at a time if the dough is too dry, and more flour if too sticky. DO NOT OVER-MIX. 6 Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle (flour the rolling pin) about ¼” thick and 9½”x 6½” size with the longer side facing you. 7 Melt butter and brush most of it over the dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over butter. 8 Gently roll up the dough from the long end (towards you) until it meets the other end. Roll tight! 9 Cut log into 9 pieces - about 1 inch thick - using a sharp knife and place each piece (cut side up) in prepared pan. Brush the tops with remaining butter. 10 Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges puff up and lightly browned. 11 Let cool completely 10 minutes. 12 To glaze, stir together yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and milk if using, drizzle over cinnamon rolls, and enjoy!View original recipe
