1. Line a loaf pan (or big baking pan) with parchment paper. 2. Get your fave ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften a bit. 3. Cut your brownie in half if it's one of the thick ones. 4. Place brownies into pan, ensuring there are no gaps. 5. Spread the softened ice cream on the brownie layer, spreading it well. 6. Make another tight brownie layer on top with the other half-brownies. 7. Freeze until firm. 8. Lift out of pan with the parchment lining. 9. Cut and indulge!
