- In a small bowl, combine and uniformly mix flour, baking powder and spices. - In a large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. - Add dry mix to wet, and stir gently to combine, pressing along sides to remove large clumps. Don’t over-mix. - Heat a large nonstick pan on medium-low and spoon about 2½ Tbsp mixture on it (2-3 pancakes at a time). - Cook for 2 min till large bubbles appear all over and edges are dry. - Flip and cook other side for 1 min. - Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter. - Serve warm with your choice of toppings!
