Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a medium size bowl. Add protein powder and mix until uniformly combined. Place in the freezer for about 5-7 minutes until mixture hardens a little. Place a baking sheet in the freezer. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop and form the mix into balls, and line them on frozen baking sheet. Freeze until solid, about 10 minutes. Store in the freezer in a sealed container until ready to eat!
