Heat a pan on medium-low heat and spray with oil. Cut the protein bar into thin pieces. Mix the pancake mix and water. Dip each protein bar piece into the pancake batter, remove excess using a fork, and place it on the pan. Cook one side until the edges are cooked and bubbly (1-2 minutes). Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
