- Preheat oven to 350°F. - Bring 3½ cups water to a boil in small pot, add pasta, and cook for about 10 minutes. - Set aside 2 Tbsp pasta water, and drain the rest. - Combine the ingredients for the Alfredo sauce in a small bowl. Add more parmesan and a pinch of salt, according to taste. - Add peas, Alfredo sauce and extra nutritional yeast (or parmesan) to the pot and gently stir to combine. - Spoon pasta into an ungreased 4x4 inch baking dish, and sprinkle some extra nutritional yeast or cheese on the top. - Bake for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and top starts to brown (325°F for 8 minutes in an Air Fryer works perfectly well too).
